We appreciate you joining. In this article, we will show you how to get started and get an overview of our tool. The very first thing we would recommend you do is watch the following two videos:

Overview of Your Dashboard

1. Dashboard: This is the main view of PublishFlow. Here you see your books, your covers, your positioning ideas and your optimized books. It is the hub from where you do everything else. In the following points everything you can do in the Dashboard is explained in detail.
2. Niche & Positioning: Our Niche, Positioning and Competitor Analysis tool is optimized to research your niche, analyze your main competitors and gives you 3 book concepts that aim to be superior to the concepts of your competition. You can click on the "Niche & Positioning" tab on the sidebar to get access to this tool
3. Visuals by PublishFlow: Visuals is our Advanced Design Suite. There you can create book covers and A+ content for your book. You can click on the "Visuals" tab on the sidebar to get access to the cover and A+ content design tools
4. Book Optimizer: The PublishFlow Book Optimizer is a special tool that gives you the option to upload a book you already created / wrote. Maybe a Ghostwriter wrote it for you, or you wrote it yourself, or you created it with AI. It doesn't matter how your text was written, you can upload it and use the advanced Writing and Editing Suite in PublishFlow to optimize your manuscript. You can deepen the content and the value of the books content, you can use our fact checking tool and you can use your editing and proofreading mechanics.
5. Expert Collaboration: I (Andrey) build PublishFlow to invite experts to use it. Multiple of my books are written by experts; but without AIs help they take way too long. With the Expert Collaboration feature you can invite experts or editors, who then get access to your book in PublishFlow. Expert can create and write your entire book, or you can partner up and create it together with them. You can also invite a human editor who edits and/or proofreads the entire book inside PublishFlow, if you want a human to do that instead only our internal proofreading mechanic. To make collaboration as effective as possible, this tool has a suggestion, comment and chat function.
6. Feedback: Want to request new features or give us feedback? Use the Feedback tab to let us know which tools or functionality we are missing, so we can implement them as fast as possible! You can also vote up the suggestions from other users, so we know which request is the most requested and can prioritize that!In the Library you can see all the books you have created with PublishFlow. You can also create folders to get more order in your Library, for example to group books into topic, niches, series or brands.
7. Tutorials: In the Tutorials tab you can find video tutorials about PublishFlow that help you to make the best use out of our tool.
8. Referral Program: We have a very generous and detailed referral program. Click on this tap to check it out and earn 1 book credit for each referral (+ other special high level bonuses)
9. Feedback: Want to request new features or give us feedback? Use the Feedback tab to let us know which tools or functionality we are missing, so we can implement them as fast as possible! You can also vote up the suggestions from other users, so we know which request is the most requested and can prioritize that!
10. Words generated: Here, you can see al the words you have generated with PublishFlow throughout all of your books.
11. Time saved: Here, you can see an estimate on how much time you have saved by using PublishFlow instead of ghostwriters or writing it yourself.
12. Money saved: Here, you can see an estimate on how much money you have saved by using PublishFlow instead of ghostwriters or paying cover designers.
13. Covers created: Here, you can see how many covers you have created inside PublishFlow
14. + New Book: Click here to create a new book. After you click the button you can select how you want to start to create your book. After you have decided that and you continue, a book token will be used.
15. Switch layout: Switch between a list and a boxed layout by clicking on ether of the two options there.
16. Search book: Type in the title of your book to search it. The more books you have the more you will appreciate this search feature.
17. Need more tokens?: If you need more book tokens to start creating more books, click here to buy single tokens or token packages with a discount.
18. Create your first book: This button is similar to 14 (+ New Books). You will only see it before you have created your first book. After you have startet creating your first book this button will disappear.
19. Book tokens: Here you can see the number of book tokens that you have left. Starting to create a new book will cost one book token.
20. Profile: Here you can find multiple informations about your account: 1) Profile Settings 2) Badges 3) Account Authentication 4) Subscription and Billing and 5) Log out.
21. Support Chat: If you need help, you can click on the Chat Icon on the bottom left of your screen to open our support Chat. Our AI Assistant is there to help you 24/7. He can solve most of the problems. If you need more help, we are happy to jump in and answer your questions personally.
