FB Ad Creatives with Visuals by PublishFlow

The FB Ad Creatives Tool helps you create professional, scroll-stopping ad campaigns to market your book on Facebook and Instagram.

Whether you're looking for test readers, driving book sales, or creating custom campaigns, the tool can generate ad concepts, visuals, and copy tailored to your goals.

How to Start

Begin in the Visuals Dashboard and click on "+ New Visual".

Select FB Ad Creatives.

1. Choose Your Book

You can either:

  • Select a book created inside PublishFlow
  • Upload an external book cover by selecting "My book isn't on PublishFlow"

If your selected book does not yet have a cover, you will have the option to:

  • Create a cover inside PublishFlow
  • Upload an existing cover

2. Select Your Ad Type

Choose the type of campaign you want to create:

a) Test Reader Ads

Find readers who are willing to receive a free copy of your book in exchange for private feedback.

b) Book Sales Ads

Drive traffic directly to your book listing and generate sales.

c) Custom Ads

Create fully customized campaigns guided by your own prompts and instructions.

3. Configure Your Ad

This is where you define the direction of your campaign.

You can customize:

a) Ad Language

Choose from any language supported by PublishFlow.

b) Format

Select your preferred ad format:

  • 1:1 (Square)
  • 4:5 (Portrait)
  • 9:16 (Story)

c) Setting & Background

Let the AI decide or describe the desired environment yourself.

d) On-Image Text Style

Choose how much text should appear on the image:

  • AI decides
  • Cover only
  • Cover + headline
  • Cover + headline + badge
  • Extended text layouts

e) Book Format

Select:

  • Paperback
  • Hardcover

f) Your Prompt & Vision

This is the most important field.

Use it to describe:

  • Your marketing angle
  • Visual references
  • Required elements
  • Colors
  • Emotions
  • Specific ideas or must-haves

The more detail you provide, the more accurately the AI can create your ad concepts.

Once everything is configured, click Generate Concepts.

4. Review Your Ad Concepts

The tool will generate four different ad concepts for review.

At this stage you can:

  • Edit headlines
  • Adjust concepts
  • Refine background concepts
  • Regenerate selected ideas

When you're satisfied with the concepts, approve them to generate your creatives.

5. Your First Creatives

The tool will now generate your initial ad images.

From here you can:

  • Explore different creatives
  • Open Magic Studio for refinements
  • Regenerate images
  • Create variations
  • Continue to finalization

6. Create Split-Test Variants (Optional)

To help Meta identify the best-performing ad, you can generate up to 10 ad creatives for split testing.

Variants can be based on:

  • Your favorite creatives
  • Fresh concepts
  • Custom prompts and instructions

This is an effective way to test different marketing angles and improve campaign performance.

7. Finalize Your Creatives

Select the ad images you want to keep.

You can:

  • Finalize multiple creatives at once
  • Compare favorites side by side
  • Reformat images
  • Return to Magic Studio for further editing

Once finalized, continue to the Ad Copy section.

8. Create Your Ad Copy

The Ad Copy Tool generates the text used inside Facebook Ads Manager.

These are separate from any text shown on the ad image itself.

The first generation creates:

  • 3 Primary Texts
  • 3 Headlines

You can:

  • Copy your favorites
  • Save preferred versions
  • Generate additional options
  • Continue refining until you're satisfied

9. Final Assets

The final view contains everything you need to launch your campaign.

You'll receive:

  • Finalized ad creatives
  • Saved headlines
  • Saved primary texts

All assets are organized and ready to:

  • Download
  • Copy and paste directly into Meta Ads Manager

Your campaign assets are now ready for launch.
