# Radar: Overview

# Radar: Your Amazon Numbers in PublishFlow
**Radar** brings your Amazon numbers into PublishFlow: your KDP and ACX royalties and your Amazon and Meta Ads spend, all in one place, right next to your books. It mirrors the numbers you check every morning: gross, ad spend, net, today vs yesterday and month vs last month. You find Radar in the left sidebar of your dashboard, with the sections **Portfolio**, **Book details** and **Radar AI**. 

### What You Need: A PublisherChamp Account
Radar does not read your Amazon account directly. The numbers come from [PublisherChamp](https://www.publisherchamp.com), a separate book reporting dashboard for authors. Before you connect:

1. Create a PublisherChamp account.
2. Subscribe: PublisherChamp needs an active paid plan to share your data.

The connection is read-only: PublishFlow can see your numbers but cannot change anything in your PublisherChamp or Amazon account. You can revoke the access anytime.

### Connect Your PublisherChamp Account
1. Open **Radar** in the left sidebar. As long as no account is connected, you see the connect page: Click **Connect PublisherChamp**. A PublisherChamp tab opens.
2. Approve the read-only access in that tab.
3. Come back to PublishFlow and click **I've authorized — check now**. If the tab did not open, use **Reopen PublisherChamp**.

After that Radar imports your catalog. At the top right you see the connection status, for example **syncing...** while your data is being loaded.

### Portfolio
**Portfolio** is your dashboard. At the top you see the royalties of the current month with today's and yesterday's net, your overall ROI and a projected month end. Below that, cards show your net royalty, your spending split into Amazon and Meta, your units sold and your AMS ACOS.

Two tables go deeper: the monthly stats compare this month with the last one, the daily stats compare today with yesterday, from paid ebooks and paperbacks to ad orders, gross and net royalties. Further down follow your key figures for the month, your **Top Earners** (the books ranked by gross, spend and net) and charts like spending vs total royalties. At the top you switch the time range (7 days, this month, 90 days or year to date) and find the tabs **Dashboard Lite** and **Book mapping**.

### Book Details
**Book details** zooms into a single book or into **All books** at once. At the top you pick the book and the time range, from 30 days up to since launch. Cards show gross royalties, total spend, net royalties, ROI, units sold, KENP pages, ad clicks and ad orders, each compared with the previous period. Below follow the **ROI Trend** (net royalties divided by total spend, break-even is 0 %), your units and royalties per format, the countries your royalties come from and an Amazon Ads card with impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, ACOS and TACOS.

Two buttons take you further: **Open on Amazon** opens the product page and **Analyze with Radar AI** opens the AI analyst with this book preloaded as context.

### Radar AI
**Radar AI** (Beta) is a chat for your numbers: It reads your real KDP, ACX, Amazon and Meta data across your synced books. Ask anything, for example which book has the best margin, why your net royalty dropped last week or how this month compares to the last one.

The icon on the left of the input field opens three one-click skills:
* **Find my highest-potential book:** Find it and learn how to scale it
* **New book for a brand:** Research a winning next title
* **Find overspending:** See where ad money is wasted

With **New chat** you start fresh, **History** brings back earlier conversations.

### Sync and Disconnect
Radar keeps your numbers in sync with PublisherChamp on its own. Via the menu at the top right of Radar you can also:
* Trigger a manual update with **Sync now**
* Remove the connection with **Disconnect PublisherChamp**

Next to it sits the **Display currency** dropdown: It switches the currency your numbers are shown in. Choose between USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and JPY or leave it on **Default**.

### Frequently Asked Questions
**A book shows "Book not found".**
This ASIN is not in your PublisherChamp catalog yet. It may belong to a different account or the sync has not seen it yet. Check that the right PublisherChamp account is connected. Then run **Sync now**.

**Is Radar included in my plan?**
Yes, Radar is included in the Base and Pro plans. You additionally need your own PublisherChamp account with an active paid plan.

**Can PublishFlow change my numbers or my Amazon account?**
No. The connection is read-only: PublishFlow only reads your verified KDP royalties and Amazon Ads spend from PublisherChamp. You can revoke the access anytime via **Disconnect PublisherChamp**.
